About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or book a session, programme, workshop or other service from Glory for Impact, led by Coach Glory Osikoya. By booking or paying, you confirm that you have read and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not book. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Glory for Impact, and “you” means the person booking or, for corporate work, the organisation.

Our services

We offer one-to-one life coaching, group mentorship, leadership development and corporate training, speaking engagements, workshops, and learning resources. The details, packages and prices for each are on our Services, Corporate and Book pages. We may change or withdraw a service from time to time, but we will not change the terms of a booking you have already paid for without your agreement.

What coaching is, and is not

Coaching and mentorship are a supportive process for personal and professional growth. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional treatment. If you are living with a medical or mental health condition, please keep working with your doctor or therapist. If you are in crisis or fear for your safety or someone else’s, contact your local emergency services or a medical professional straight away. Do not wait for a coaching session.

Booking and payment

• You choose a package, a day and a time on the Book page. A session is confirmed once your payment is received, and we then send your confirmation and session details by email or WhatsApp.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices shown to you at the time you book. Paystack may show or charge the equivalent in another currency at the rate it displays at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not see or store your card details.
• A time you pick is held for you for 15 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed in that time, the hold ends, the booking is not confirmed and the time may be given to someone else. If your payment still goes through after the hold has ended and the time is free, we confirm the booking. If someone else has taken the time by then, we will contact you to arrange another time or return your payment.
• Corporate work is priced by proposal. The proposal sets the scope, schedule and fee, and may be covered by a separate written agreement.

Changing a booking

If you need to change or cancel a session, tell us as early as you can by writing to info@gloryforimpact.org or messaging us on WhatsApp. We will do our best to find another time that suits you. Whether a change or a refund is possible depends on the circumstances and is agreed with you directly. If a payment is taken in error, or you are charged twice, tell us and we will put it right.

Sessions

Sessions are held online by video call on Zoom unless we agree something else. You are responsible for a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private place. Please join on time, because a late start may shorten your session. Sessions are not recorded unless you and Coach Glory agree to it beforehand. Please do not record a session yourself without asking.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is kept confidential. We will not disclose it without your permission, except where the law requires disclosure, a court or regulator orders it, or there is a risk of serious harm to you or to someone else. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibility

Coaching works when you take part honestly and act on what you decide. You are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take, and for giving us accurate information. Results depend on your effort and circumstances. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

Content and ownership

The text, images, logo, articles, book and course materials on this website and in our sessions belong to Glory for Impact or Coach Glory Osikoya, or are used with permission. You may read them and use materials you receive for your own personal development. You may not copy, sell, publish or share them more widely without our written permission. Testimonials on this website are shared by the people named, with their permission.

Using this website

Please use the website lawfully and considerately. Do not try to break into or disrupt it, submit false or abusive messages, or use the booking and enquiry forms to send spam. We may refuse or cancel a booking, and remove access to the website, if these terms are broken.

Our responsibility to you

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our articles and resources are general information, not advice for your particular situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our services, for business or financial decisions you make, or for interruptions to the website or to Zoom, WhatsApp, Paystack or other services we do not control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any right you have as a consumer under Nigerian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of the place where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. We would always like to resolve a concern with you directly first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to bookings made after that date.
