Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026.

In short

  • We collect only what you give us when you book a session, send an enquiry, pay or subscribe to the newsletter.
  • We use it to run your sessions, reply to you and send what you asked for. We do not sell it.
  • We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
  • Your card details go to Paystack. We never see or store them.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time at info@gloryforimpact.org.

Who we are

This website is run by Glory for Impact, led by Coach Glory Osikoya, a life coaching, mentorship and leadership development practice based in Nigeria. For the purposes of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, Glory for Impact is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Glory for Impact.

What we collect

When you book a session

Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the package and focus area you choose, the date and time you pick, your time zone, and the short goal you write. We also keep the payment reference, amount and status that Paystack sends back to us.

When you send an enquiry

Your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the topic you choose and your message. For a corporate enquiry we also keep your organisation, the programme you are interested in, your group size and preferred date if you give them.

When you subscribe to the newsletter

Your email address, the page where you signed up, the time you signed up and the fact that you agreed to receive emails.

When you message us on WhatsApp or by email

Your name or number, your email address and what you write to us.

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser details when your browser loads a page. We use this to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

  • To arrange and deliver your session or programme. This is needed to carry out the booking you asked for (performance of a contract).
  • To take payment and keep financial records. This is needed for the booking and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (contract and legal obligation).
  • To reply to your enquiry. You asked us a question, and answering it is in both our interests (legitimate interests).
  • To send you the newsletter. We do this only if you ticked the box to agree (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • To keep the website and our records secure and working. This protects you and us (legitimate interests).

We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not sell your personal information.

Sensitive information

Coaching conversations can touch on personal matters such as your health, family, faith or emotional wellbeing. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. Anything you tell us in a session or write in your booking goal or enquiry is treated as confidential. By choosing to share sensitive information with us, you consent to us using it only to coach you and reply to you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we share it with

Only Coach Glory Osikoya and the people and services needed to run the website and your sessions can see your information. These include our payment, website hosting, email, messaging and video call providers, who may use it only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, when a court or regulator orders us to, or to protect someone from serious harm.

Moving information outside Nigeria

Some of the service providers we use store or process information on servers outside Nigeria. When that happens, we rely on providers that apply recognised safeguards, and we share only what is needed to provide the service.

How long we keep it

  • Bookings and payment records: six years, because we must keep financial records.
  • Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last reply, then we delete them.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
  • Messages on WhatsApp and email: for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable time afterwards.

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it, for example payment records.

How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS, so what you send us is encrypted in transit. Card details never reach our systems. Records are held in a database that only our server code and the private admin area can read, and the admin area is protected by a password and a secure session cookie. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and we limit who can see it. If a breach puts your information at risk, we will tell you and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete your information;
  • restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use;
  • give you your information in a format you can move to another provider;
  • stop sending you the newsletter, or withdraw any other consent you gave.

Write to info@gloryforimpact.org from the address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm who you are first. We aim to reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not run Google Analytics. Visitors do not receive a cookie from us when they browse, book or send a form. The only cookie we set is a secure login cookie for the private admin area, which is used by Coach Glory and does not apply to visitors.

Some pages load content from other providers. Paystack’s checkout page, Google Fonts, Zoom and WhatsApp may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when you use them. Those providers control that, and their own notices explain it. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before anything is loaded.

Newsletter emails

We send newsletter emails only to people who ticked the consent box. Each newsletter will carry an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to info@gloryforimpact.org at any time to be removed.

Children

Our services are for adults. A young person under 18 may book or take part only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian, who must also agree to this policy. If you believe a child has given us information without that permission, write to us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok and Paystack. We are not responsible for how those services handle your information, so please read their notices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you directly where we can.

Contact and complaints

Questions or requests about your information: info@gloryforimpact.org, or message us on WhatsApp at +234 915 261 7765. If you are not happy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng. We would like the chance to put things right first.
